Payments and Policies

At Drift North Therapy Co, we strive to make the payment process simple, transparent, and flexible to meet your needs.


Payment Expectations

Payment is due in full prior to or at your first visit. This allows us to focus on providing high-quality care from day one.


Payment Methods

We accept all major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and electronic payment options. Additional arrangements can be made upon request—we’re happy to work with you.


Insurance & Reimbursement

Drift North operates as a cash-based practice and does not bill insurance directly. However, we’re happy to provide you with a detailed superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled visit. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
